Diana currently resides in New York City. Originally she was born in Yerevan, Armenia. In Yerevan she studied at the famous Tchaikovsky Music School for Talented Children and at the age of nine she performed her first solo recital in the prestigious House-Museum of Aram Khachaturian. Diana is a prize-winner in more than twenty five national and international piano competitions in Europe, United States and Armenia, seventeen of which are First prizes. Among the most important international awards of special mention are the Gramsci Prize, the Rovere d'Oro Prize, the Rospigliosi Prize in Italy, and the "F. Chopin - Hartford” Prize.

In 2022, Diana performed in and was the co-Artistic Director of the 11the AGBU Performing Artists in Concert held at Carnegie Hall. She has performed her expansive repertoire of solo recitals and chamber events at numerous festivals and concerts at some of the more prominent theaters and halls in Europe including: the Rome Opera House, the Marcellus Theatre, the Aula Magna of the Sapienza University in Rome; the Malibran Theatre in Venice; the Siotto Concert Hall in Cagliari; the Gaber Auditorium in Milan; the Mozart Hall of Philharmonic Academy in Bologna; the Maison de l’Italie, the UNESCO Salle de Cinema, and the Citè des Arts in Paris.
